Security

Security at TensorPRO.

EDN is currently in early evaluation deployment. The practices below reflect our current architecture as we prepare for broader access.

Infrastructure

Hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Hosted on Microsoft Azure, Australia East region.

Database
Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server, encrypted at rest, pgvector for vector search, daily automated backups.
Cache
Valkey, in-memory, no persistent sensitive data.
TLS
All traffic encrypted in transit via TLS.
Tenant isolation

Tenant isolation by design.

Multi-tenant middleware. Data is scoped per tenant at both the application and database layer.

Row-level security
Enforced at the database layer on core user data tables today, with coverage across all tables being completed ahead of broader access.
API keys
Per-tenant, hashed, never stored in plaintext.
Rate limiting

Rate limiting on every request.

Per-user, per-tier rate limiting enforced at the middleware layer.

Scope
Enforced on every authenticated request.
Access modes
Covers both API-key and session-based access.
Responsible disclosure

Responsible disclosure.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in EDN or the TensorPRO infrastructure, please contact us directly.

Contact
contact@tensorpro.ai, subject line SECURITY.
Response time
Acknowledgement within 48 hours, resolution timeline communicated within 5 business days.
Scope
Covers our web and API infrastructure.
Subprocessors

Subprocessors.

TensorPRO uses the following third-party subprocessors to operate the EDN Memory Engine. We update this list when we engage a new subprocessor, and notify customers with an active agreement before a new subprocessor starts processing personal data.

Microsoft Azure
Cloud hosting, database, and cache. Australia East region.
Cloudflare
Edge network, content delivery, and DNS for our customer-facing surfaces.
Clerk
User authentication and session management.
Resend
Transactional and contact-form email.

The large language model used with EDN is chosen and connected by you. Your model provider is your own processor, not a TensorPRO subprocessor.

Compliance status

Compliance status.

SOC 2
Planned.
GDPR
Aligned. We support data export, deletion, and a Data Processing Agreement on request.
Australian Privacy Principles
Aligned.
ISO 42001
Under evaluation.
Data handling and requests
